Obvious it maybe, not obvious enough for people to get up and do it.
Most of the business world completely ignores the message!!
You look at any business forum and you see a heap of people talking SEO - ppc
article traffic, social media traffic, and so on.
Yet by far the fastest way to launch ANYTHING at all is first to make sure that when people come there is something to sign up for, with a back end product which earns income
Then to joint venture with a list owner in exchange for the profits. - so the incentive for the list owner is a share of the profit.
You can get hundreds of customers on the first day, by JV with a list of 10000's - someone somewhere in your niche has such a list. And you just have to ensure that what you offer, complements the list owners products not competes with them directly.
People hear the idea, laugh as though it were stupidly simple and beneath them, and then totally ignore the message.
Well, I'm obviously the only one but it was the background music that did it for me
Not the only one...that music sucks!
Stephen pierce and Jay Abraham are both well respected, and both are well worth listening too if you ever get the chance to see either of them live - stephen presents in the UK about 5 times a year...jay abraham less frequently.
I dont think 3 minute youtube clips do either of them credit or justice.
It is interesting that jay abraham is usin the $7bn dollar tag.....he is clearlynow trying to usurp Ted Nicholas ( always worth listening too) who has been using the $4bn tag for over 5 years now, I understand he is well over $7bn
Well his message may be obvious ,but as admagic says how many people do actually do it.
I think most people probably view the opposition as the enemy and not an opportunity to form an alliance that may benefit both parties.
and whatever one thinks this guy has made billions so he must be doing something right.
I have a sneaky suspicion that there may be more gold in selling books and promoting marketing than in actually selling products.?
Alvin
Cant speak for jay abrahams ill gotten gains , but certainly by far the biggest percentage of ted nicholas's sales of similar magnitude comes from selling non marketing products to real people....although I suspect his sales of marketing products is in at least 9 figures!
