Someone probably has a better answer but you could either write a letter to The Director or send a email to sales or info with the subject as To the Director or whatever.

Well, why not send as many Christmas ecards as you like for only £5.99, save a fortune, put your company name on the message and be green at the same time
He can but try, it's just an email address he is asking for not inside leg measurements

You can find out the names of all the directors of a company at Companies House for a small charge, but not their email addresses.
Go to the Companies House website at http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/, go to WebCheck on the right, click through to the details of the company, and from there you can order information on that company. You would want the Current Appointments Report, which costs £1.00.
Once you have the names, you can probably guess the email addresses. You know the domain, and there are probably only around 10 common ways of writing any name as part of an email address.
You can buy the Companies House data but I dont know how you go about doing that.
You will get the names and home addresses for all company directors. I find it obvious though, that its from a bought mailing list, as they came to my home addess, when I worked for the Chamber of Commerce as I was a Company Director of 2 companies when I worked there so got things twice sometimes! Since I left and set up my own Ltd Company I am still getting the occasional mailer despite being MPS.
I am using a service supplied by marketsafeuk... Which has a database like the company house but a little more detailed and also gives some buyer or executive contacts... You can give them a call and ask for a 3 day trial and that might help you to login and get some info...
To find an e-mail or exec contacts try to search terms like "managing director of Company" or "managing director company @" as most of these guys are advertised somewhere on the web mainly on press releases or etc.
And the 3rd way is of course lying on the phone... Call a company and tell them that you are calling from an x exhibition and want to send a VIP invitation to their md... 80% will tell you the name and other contact details requested...
These are the ways that i use to solve my contacts!

Yes data brokers are ok but you tend to find alot of the data is out of date and incorrect ,
You can find a lot out by just visitng the companies website and doing abit of research but never heard of a MD having Managing director @ email addresses
Lying to get your way in the door is not the way at all and you can loose a lot of credibility doing so,
