No No Gordon Brown is very much in touch with the common people.
One of his chauffeurs told me that, and his Butler agreed.
Alvin
And of course I forgot: he has several million pounds worth of consultants to tell him so as well.

Petrol prices is becoming a joke but can be stopped.
Who is the majority here, the general public or the goverment?
Who has to pay for there own petrol?
It's time for the majority to step on the gas and say enough is enough!
We don't mind pay for fuel but at a reasonable price and not for extra money for the goverment for there exspenses and second homes etc.
Everytime fuel goes up, everything goes up, sorry except house prices, now that wouldn't be good for the goverment for the people to make money.
Lets get some feedback on this and if there is enough we may be able to do something about it!
The challenge is creating a vehicle that would get the attention of politicians. Writing to them just produces a stock 'I am right, who are you to challenge that, response, so forget that!
I have cut back on my driving though - I fly more instead, so the governments drive for the environment is going well!
Seriously though, more people have to speak up. The cost of living is escalating, and the government are lying about it.
