Why oh why do we just sit and take it.....there is a garage at the end of our road and I have made a point of checking the prices.

They have been changing quite literally ever night for the last couple of weeks...1p here, 2 p there....

Diesel is now 123 probably 124 in the morning....what ever happened to the fuel protest

When is GB as a nation going to say enough is enough ! Can you imagine this happening in France!!!

It was 1.28 at my local esso about 15 mins ago! And over £1.30 in some of the more 'backward' parts of the area.

It's got to the stage where a £1 litre seems like a real bargain.

I'm starting to feel the pinch in my 60mpg van ferchristsake!

For Fuel Protest take a look here. There is a forum that you can join to voice your objection, and there is a rally on 29th May in Park Lane, so you can stamp your feet and yell a bit.

IMO it's not going to get any cheaper, and that this year, one way or anyother, fuel prices, and delivery costs, are going to be in the arena all year. Why's your shopping gone up £10 a week. Fuel prices are about more than the cost to fill up your tank.

I now run my vehicle on LPG.........47p/ltr and well worth every penny of the conversion

Place that did it is even converting taxis now

Problem with lpg is not that many garages sell it do they?

Can you imagine what would happen to my business and nearly every other one if we just kept adding 1p to all our prices everynight.

And another thing....IF I owed a chain of garage I would undercut all the others and I would have cues of cars waiting to fill up....is it happening though. NO.... PRICE FIXING

Your right I haven't but might start keeping my eye out...can you convert diesel?

I can see what will happen though they (Gov)will wait till enough convert then the they will start hiking the tax up on that

Wasnt diesel the "cheap" fuel years back ?

Depends where you are. We had an LPG and used the fuel savings up in the 35 mile round trip we had to do to the closest LPG station.
