    Default Help with Excel!!

Im using Excel 2007, Ive been sent a spreadsheet with email addresses in it but where they normally go as links that you can just click on this one has a little ' before each one which stops it from doing that - Ive changed a few of them manually and tried a find and replace (it didnt find them) but it will take forever to keep doing it like that - anyone know how to do it in a really quick clever way??

    Thanks!

no, it doesnt pick it up for some reason - I think its some kind of formatting thing as opposed to the person having actually typed them all in

Try =HYPERLINK("mailto:"&cell) in a new column to turn it to a clickable link. If the ' is still causing a problem Text to Columns might get rid of it for you.
