Help with Google sitemap problem

Im new here so hello all.
I have a new e comm website and am getting to grips with all the SEO etc.
I submitted a google sitemap a few weeks ago now but Google is saying its in warning status because the paths created are too long. Ive attached a screen grab to illustrate.
Also its saying 669 pages are not found and gave 404 errors?
This doesn't mean much to me but maybe some of you clued up folk here could shed some light on it for me?

I have taken a look at your site and to be honest, without taking a through look I seriously don't know what the problem is but I can see the redirects Google is having issues with.

One bit of advice I will give is that you need to change the pages titles per page because they are all the same. They only change when you click on an actual product.
