we have just embarked on a leaflet campaign in our local area , we were expecting a response between 0.5% and 1% , 4000 leaflets later we have had two calls. We are using an 0844 number do you think this has anything to do with our poor repsonse or is it more likely to be because its the summer months??
Summer months could be a factor, but the answer could be for any number of reasons. You need to say more about your campaign, what it was about, who it was marketed at etc. I would doubt that an 0844 local call number would be a major factor.
It's difficult to answer, but have to say I don't like making calls to 0844/0845 numbers - ask Khalid

No I don't either, or to 0870 numbers because I can make calls to standard numbers for free, but I doubt an 0844 number would make that much of a difference.
have to say I like bullet points on a leaflet, I loose interest if too much text/information.
