Our photo has a white square background, but the black products that i've chosen have a round space for the image and a "bleed" you can either set it so the bleed goes right up to the edge, or you have a slight white edge, i have a little edge as it suits the logo.
To be safe, it might be worth checking if you have the round space mask option on the white shirts too, without it I'm just worried you might end up with a lot of white ink printing out the full white square on the white shirt (even though it might not show this in the web preview).
[EDIT]
I've just looked at your shirts with white and ash grey colour options and it looks like you're masking out the background anyway, so that looks fine.

Reason: grammar!
I tried spreadshirt too, but that just didn't work as well. They take a lower quality image, and its a lot harder to make it look good. All the things you were worried with the images are evident there.
