Just a quick one if you have a site selling goods ,always have an order hotline phone number displayed on every page with products on.

You may be surprised at the amount of people who will not use a credit or debit card on line.especially in regard to high end purchases.

They want to talk to a human being before parting with there hard earned Luka.

Big mistake if you don't have a phone hotline,as there are often questions about a product that can only be answered by a human computer.

And there are many types of these, helpful ones, unhelpful ones, one's that speak in your native tongue and others that may as well not speak at all and the worst ones are those that every month or so will help you if they feel like it
