I'm thinking of hiring out some sensory equipment I have to local support groups, community groups, individuals etc until I have my own permanent premises.
I know I need to sort out some t&c's that the person hiring the equipment would need to sign & adhere to but I'm not sure what else I need to do.
Does anyone have any advice regarding hiring out equipment
T&C's are important make sure you cover all eventualities.
Does any of the equipment need any kind of certification?
Take pictures on delivery of equipment (dated) most people that hire from us are great, however, some are not and if you need to be able to prove something has been damaged without pictures it is your word against theirs.
No problems Sarah, if you need to call and chat things through. It is difficult to imagine all the scenarios that may happen so sometimes it is easier to chat things through.
Sarah, there are loads online too. I just typed in Bouncy Castle T&C's into google and you can get lots of information there and make it suit your needs. Or contact these guys (members)
