Default Franking Machines

As the post office near our office has now shut we are thinking we will probbaly need to get a franking machines, any recommendations?? Have previously had a nightmare with PB so won't be using them again!!

you could just go for PPI, the postage cost are slightly less than using stamps and then you pay for the postmen to come and collect, you pay a set fee plus additional for each set of stairs i think....

much better, and if you send out a shed load you can get all your envelopes pre-printed if not, use a hand stamp ar print it on to labels.

We use a Neopost franking machine, weighs the product and then prints the postage label. We then just drop the sack/s at any Post Office..

We use PPI, you need to spend over a certain amount per year with Royal Mail to be able to use it, I think it's £5000. It's cheaper and easier than franking.

With either PPI or franking, you can either take the sacks of mail to the post office or get a collection (from £450 per year).

Hi,

I know a few people who have used PB and they have all complained about something. Not saying everyone gets a bad experience. Printing your own doesn't seem to bad an option.
