Anyone Fancy some detective work??

If anyone fancies a wee break and a bit of detective work, then i have a query.

Ebay bought into uShip, i think in 2005, for an undisclosed amount (which i think was $30m). It was well publicised, and a year ago loads of stories on the web about it.

However, all evidence of this seems to have disappeared. So I'm wondering if ebay's pulled out, and if they've taken down all press releases etc. (there used to be a whole wealth of press releases and articles on uship's site).

There must be some evidence left somewhere????
If anyone has any ideas how I can find out what happened, i would much appreciate a nod in the right direction.

WELL, i did try and paste a URL in here, but because im new, im not allowed - until i get 15 posts grrr...

but - all the info you need is on the wayback machine.

go to there (web dot archive dot org) and put in the uship dot com domain in and its all there for you - all the way back and before 2005 too.
