What is the most needed thing to drive your business forward at this stage of the year? It could be anything other than sales which goes without saying.

Is it image? marketing? seo? stock? premises? staff? cash? etc..

You must be passionate about your business for it to succeed.

We sometimes miss this because we are bogged down with the day to day running of the business. Your customers can tell if you are passionate about your business and I firmly believe this affects the buying process.

So come on people - lets inject a bit of passion into what we do!

For ourselves at this stage it is member involvement.

Our concept and the value in it comes from requests and feedback from our members in what they would like us to develop - it keeps us on our toes and it adds to what we provide.

Focus....

decide on your goals, plan to reach them...then go for it and keep the overall goals and plan in mind every step of the way.

Many times peoples passion makes them continue to flog a dead horse.

I think that cold logic and research is a major factor in a business's success.

To succeed you need people to want your service or products.

For any online business SEO is king,nothing comes close to comparing with it.

I have taken companies from 200 visitors a day to 10,000.

And yes it did have a slight affect on sales.

Cold clear unbiased research of your product / service is whats required for success.

and after that if its the wrong product / service drop it like a brick.

Leave the passion where it belongs.

Agree, passion can stop you from being focussed as opposed to belief in your product/service.
