As a To Do List it's fine but I like to see my week at a glance and this only shows me each day. Also it's a to do list where as I also like to plan out my actions in timeslots over the week.
At the moment, I'm using the software I mentioned above to capture tasks and then using Excel to create a weekly plan.
Hi Mike....your post should ring a loud bell in every business person's brain..how to manage ourselves!!!!!!!!!...
I admit to not using software at all. I prefer the visual impact of a list in the note pad I have at the front of my diary, always in my pocket, or open on my desk!
whatever software I tried, I forgot to load it up!
To share my diary with my colleagues, I simply use the igoogle calendar! And to share customer contacts we have our own inhouse system, which is a bit like Act, with the complexity removed!
Google Calendar for......well, a calendar. We all have them at Red Evolution and share them. Simple, free, accessible from anywhere, sends you a reminder about appointments.
Basecamp for project management, file sharing, todo's, milestones, sharing files with clients etc. Can't fault it.
Well my brain is mush atm, so I use post it note and pieces of paper with scribbles on that resemble "things to do"
