I've just added some amazing Tarot readings onto my site.
The problem I have come up against is that as they are done by email my shopping cart won't allow me to add free delivery to those certain products.
So I now either have to wave a magic wand or go through my 1000+ products and add the delivery charges by hand.
Im going to cry

If I leave a value out of my weight field then my shopping cart ignores the P&P formula and charges £0 for shipping ... there might be a way to fool your cart.
That said I had a similar nightmare to start with as I'd chosen value based shipping when I first started out and needed to change to weight based which meant working through my product manager and adding a weight value.
If you post which shopping cart or shop package you are using some one might know how to get round it to save you having to spend so much time changing things ... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you
I've emailed them as there has got to be an easy way around it.
I have a set price, I did start off with weight based delivery but it ended up getting silly prices for delivery .
For now I have just discounted the Tarot readings the price it is charging for delivery.

I'm sure I've heard a few people mention EKM Powershop so hopefully someone will be able to give you more help tomorrow.
Discounting the readings is a good idea as it solves the problem short term and anyone who shops with out looking at the P&P will think they're getting a bargain
With a bit of luck the EKM Powershop support will be able to help you, I've pestered the living daylights out of the Roman Cart people and they are always very quick to reply ... 9 times out of 10 they can solve the problem so fingers crossed.
It's a lot more straight forward for me as I sell big bulky packs of baby bedding and gifts that need protecting in the post so the majority of my stuff goes by courier. the smaller stuff is a challenge though isn't it. I find it complicates matters when something small is added to something else small that then requires more packaging than the weight allows for ... bit of jiggery pokery with the weights and I'm still getting caught out every now and then.
Sleep on it and if the support team don't get back to you hopefully one of the gang will help you in the morning.
