SMALL COMPANY LOOKING FOR "E-business Minded" ACCOUNTANT

Hi, I own startup Limited company and I look for an accountant that is used to E-business

The facts:

1) All the business will be done through the internet
2) Most of the expenses are in Euro/ Usd .
3) All the Income is in Euros. And processed Trough a merchant account.
4) Company is not Vat registered
5) I own All the shares and I do not have a secretary
6) Turnover for the first year should be less than 45 000£
7) It is my first startup company so I am clueless regarding what I need to do on a Tax/ accounting standpoint, would you provide some material or a face to face appointment regarding what I need to do. ( Keeping records, Invoices and other)
8) Company is currently Set As a “ Dormant Company “
9) No employees
10) I sell mainly services
11) accountant should be based not to far or in London. Or not to far or in Kent

My questions:

a) Do you provide a software for bookkeeping
b) Do you provide email support (for tax/accounting related questions that I may have ....)And if you do what is the delay of response to emails.
c) Are you used to work with scanned documents and online form filling/ PDFs ?
d) Are you familiar with multi currency businesses.
e) What is you price and what is Included in that Price
