I searched the forum to see if their were any threads that answered my question, but couldn't find any, and I'm hoping you can help me out. I'm interested in a CRM web app for small businesses that also does billing and project management. Does anyone know of any apps that fit these criteria?

thanks for your responses, but its my understanding that sugarrcrm doesn't do billing and project management. Is there an integrated app that is affordable and does billing, project management, and crm?

I know that kcl - build to order, so you can make the crm as complicated or as simple as you like.
