ADW - one design for one item.

Was inspired by this thread What do you send out with your order ?

Thought about sending our clients a corporate gift after a completion of a project as a thank you gesture but more importantly - to create more business. Many are returning clients anyway (if its not a one off), but we want to give "added value" for the business as Admagic puts it and to give them no reason to look elsewhere.

To benefit we could look at this :

To <client and decorate with clients design - big feature of their company>

From <our company for doing the work>

Produced by <supplier of that corporate gift>


Just ideas for now to help all parties.

After reading the other thread I understand a bit more. We have done similar things for a couple of local companies on the logo branding bit on the usual mugs, fridge magnets, keyrings, mousemats but have also done the more expensive slate and glassware.

Do you want this item just as a gift are are you going down the upsell route meaning the design would have to be with this in mind?

As you know I'm hoping to have my website redesigned but I'll be adding all this sort of stuff just as soon as someone gives me the right price for the website to be redone. My cousin has his own printshop and he does all corporate branding products and in small or large quantities too such as, wall clocks, mouse mats, mugs, badges, fridge magnets, almost anything and everything you can think of. He's just done a big corporate event for QVC too and they've asked him to do more for them so you can be sure the quality is good too.

What I was trying to find out not very succesfully (should have worded it better) was wether the design/product is more aimed at having your customer buy more of the product off you or if it is purely a one off thankyou and no possibility of further sales of that item. If you wanted to just supply them a thankyou gift it could be very different to a potential corporate item that they might want to use.

take in the design (your company logo) to asda and have it printed onto the top of a nice big chocolate cake.....very suitable for meeting rooms i would imagine. and a bit different.....

Does anyone do plant pots with printed logo's on them?

I thought it would be a good idea to be able to send your customers a plant, at least its something that lasts.

Thank you! unfortunately its not possible to put everything on as there is just so much more! The website is being redone at the moment though and will have even more on there by the end of July!
