Default Printer Repairer

Hi

Does anyone on here fix HP printers? Or can suggest someone who is not going to charge the earth.

Many Thanks

Nicole

Nicky, I would have thought it would have been cheaper to buy a new one - sadly!:sad1:

Possibly not, a new HP Colour MFP is at least £420, repair may as little as £150 incl parts. These guys http://www.activesystems.co.uk/ are quoting workshop repairs for £60 and on site repairs for £80, they're based in Mildenhall, Suffolk. Give them a try!

Aparently it has a warranty

Just hope that will not be void because of not using proper HP cartridges.

The printer was perfect until Martin lost his rag and was rough with it. So I blame him

We shall see what the place where it came from says and then work from that point onwards.

Oh and it is only 12 days old!!!!!

You said you bought it off eBay? Remind them of the Distance Selling Regulations and they should take it back, I take it they are a business?
