We are looking to outsource some of our phone calls for a particular product. The calls will be involve giving quotes, and hopefully taking orders. The forms required will be on our website, so 90% of will just be working through online forms.

Can anybody recommend any companies? What sort of price should we be paying?

hi, I do this myself for a friend, very similar situation, he sells a product via the web and customers design the product whilst on line then place the order. All phone calls of interest are diverted seamlessly to my office, i then log into the website with the customer and talk them through a simple process. i get paid a flat rate per hour for my "availability" and a commission on all orders that I take to completion via the web, when the customer orders I give them an order reference that is unique to me so head office know ive generated it therefore I get my commission. One thing I will say is I have a great relationship with HQ who answer queries etc promptly and efficiently and that is essential, leaving a VA sat in the cold is frustrating for them and embarrassing for the company too if the customer finds out.
