    There may be no need to delay....when you purchase CS4 (or any Adobe product) if they bring out a new version within a short space of time, you get the new version for FREE

    Just check what the time span for the release is and what the criteria is and base your decision on these facts alone.

    Do you have any information to share on a possible release data? I checked on Adobe labs and there is not a beta for the new CS5 so I think it could still be a year or so away.

    Illustrator has taken on some minor improvements, like multiple artboards which are good for laying up different artwork

    @CarmaCreative Now that is very good news. Switched from Freehand to Illustrator when Adobe bought M, but of course Indesign is want they really want you to use. Be great if Illustrator allows for some sort of page layout...
