Resizing animated gifs

I've got an animated gif which i want to add to my site, its got to be 150x150, its a bit biger than this?

Is there a product or software (free) that will let me make it smaller and keeping the animation going??

At present if i try and reduce the pixel size the animation stops

Edit, I've just found out by resizing it you lose some of the quality, its almost bitty and you can hardly read the writing, oh well
