Pixel rulers and web images

Hmmmm am frustrated. I got the pixel ruler out on my blog .gif ad image and it is 157 x 98 so I made the image exactly that size but when I upload it the width is all squished. The image looks fine in photoshop but if you click the dating blog link you will see how squished it is.

Do pixel rulers not work on websites?

sorry forgot to say, if I take the site link code off the image looks fine but when I add it again is when it squishes up.

Open the image in photoshop, go to image size make sure contrain proportions is selected and change the width to 149 px this will automatically change to height to approx 86 (don't change this because it will also then change the height) selecting constrain proportions makes it so you don't squash the picture, save this image re-upload and that should fix the problem.
