Is there a
plugin for wordpress that can create a quiz like this:
http://www.j-datingDOTco.uk/test-12 Chub sent me a link for something but it seems I have to have their box with their name on the quiz. I want a whole page like that one but that looks like it is part of my blog. Thank you.

But searching Google for "Survey plugin for wordpress" does bring up quite a few.

Surveygizmo doesn't do what I need it to do and the google listings all refer to that and one other which is no longer available. :sad1:
What I did find is how many people are looking for such a lugin, someone is missing an opportunity to make a name for themselves. I will try Ray and see if he has any ideas.
