Google Local Listings - Is anyone else having a problem?

Over the past 2 weeks my Local listing for EKM Group has completely disappeared.

Before a search for SEO sussex had us in position 2 of the local listings consistently but now it has disappeared.


I have only noticed because a couple of customers have mentioned that theirs have disappeared too and want me to explain.... which I can't do honestly at the moment.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the problem.

Not noticed too much in the way of negative motion.

I have noticed a couple of client sites doing a dance up and down but nothing untoward.

You done much in the way of tweaking lately? Site changes at all? Added new links that could be infected?

Just a few stabs in the dark buddy.

Absolutely nothing untoward... Generally with the local listings they get set and left...

Just the quirky nature of our good friend google me thinks then...leave it a week or two and see if it settles down IMHO.

When you are loged in to google.com/local/ are they still showing as active?

Are you sure somebody hasn't changed your listing, you're not even showing in the local listings for 'EKM Horsham' or 'EKM Sussex'. It looks like your listing has gone all together.

Exactly! But no, the listing is still active and hasn't changed. I am the only one with access to it.

we're not targetting it but to be fair we did used to list for that too.
