Is anyone using it? I'm considering moving from Outlook to the premier edition but I just wanted to get others take on it.
Anyone running multiple email accounts from multiple domains into it?

I don't use that level (keep meaning to set it up but never get around to it) but I know someone who does. Do you have a specific query or concern?

Yep mainly can I set it up to collect email from about 40 email accounts spread across around 10 domains all into one place for me to manage?
Yes, you can do this with regular gmail (whihc is what I do) and apps level. My client has several domains and has the email for each one coming int one gmail account.

The forwarding from one Gmail a/c to another isn't perfect, which can be a pain, as you have to check for genuine mail in the spam bin of an account which you may not check that often.
OK so I can basically edit all my domains to point towards the Gmail servers and add all the email accounts so that all email goes into the one place right?
I'm sure you can get a more clued-up reply, but you can forward all incoming email from your domains to your Gmail account(s) and then forward from the Gmail account to another email account.
You can set up the receiving Gmail account to filter emails with keywords. If it 'sees' the keyword in the incoming email it can then forward that email on to a specific email account.
With Apps it could be more sophisticated.
Phil,
why premier edition?
The standard edition allows for 50 users and covers all requirements of most businesses - BTW, it is free! As a techy, you may need the added extra, but I have switched 3 businesses to this, all with great results!

As for set up, you make gmail your mail server, fiddling with your DNS and pointing mail to google. The mail comes in and all is ok.
As for other accounts, you cam pop3 them and set separate outgoing addresses, however, the will be sent as from phil@openmind on behalf of the consultant@openmind. I have set up a secure smtp server and route outgoing mail for all non domain email accounts and it works fine
Let me know if you want a more detailed chat.

It's the faff of upgrading to apps which has stopped me moving and I am not sure I can migrate all my existing email archive over so if I can't I won't be bothering as I have thousands of emails stored.
I have half a dozen domains each with at least 2 email addresses, and all the email for those comes into my one central (free) gmail account.
