Ok, my mail comes through my host and I view through windows mail. My mail is down again, meaning I don't get any mail. Sometimes it has gone down for 48 hours, sometimes 24 and sometimes just a few hours.
Is this a server/host problem or my Windows mail problem ?
Have I made sense ?

OMG I'll go flamin' nuts if the server goes down. Should have a slave drive should the primary ones go down, the spare kicks in hence it should never be down for more than an hour and thats generous!
Talk to your web designer. No....move host.....
If your web designer does not live up to expectations -----> fire him/her
That will be moving over tomorrow thought wont it?
Not yet no

For webmail, I would recommend google apps for your domain. Its free, very reliable. You can still keep your website with your designer. I use google apps for all my domains

I can't even view my mail on webmail - it's not coming through
