Hey Guys, Fuzzy being brave and entering the IT section.
Simon very kindly helped me with zipping files , now, why do I get the file on my desktop in black and not colour ????

Are you using winzip or winrar?

Try winzip from download.com - works a treat for zipping files

This program will allow you to zip and unzip files

Well Glenn, I opened the document in Photoshop and when I saved as a TIFF file, it asked it wanted to zip it, so I said "ohh yes please, that will be lovely thank you very much and will save me downloading winzip", but now when I look at the file, it's black ...can only happen to Fuzzy

Ah thats cos you saved it in mono - that means black for none mono literate people

Could it be that if photoshop has zipped the file then its shows up in that colour format to show it as a compressed file.

Makes perfect sense ........................not . Maybe I should concentrate on creating a Time out thread
