I had to laugh, Ok some like some dislike Dell, it's the same with anything HP Fujitsu Siemens ect ect ect,
The point I was making was that when you build a bespoke system you give the customer exactley what they want with a view to the future ease of upgrading,
I think its about good customer service and aftersales,
We are Dell partners and had a nightmare recently when we orderd fifteen machines and only six got dispatched but it could happen with any brand couldnt it, it wasnt the machine at fault,
