Well, why not send as many Christmas ecards as you like for only £5.99, save a fortune, put your company name on the message and be green at the same time
on the window that pops up, in the "format" drop down select jpeg
name your file
hit save
on the next box that pops up move the slider more to the right for better quality (bigger file) to the left for less quality (smaller file)
the default settings should be fine though
hope that helps
It's already saved as a JPEG Gareth, I need it saved as a PSD file and then send in an email ?

so you have a JPEG - that you want to save as a PSD?
or
you have a PSD you want saving as a smaller PSD ?
I have a JPEG and need it saved as a PSD (I can do that bit ) but when I go to send 1 image, it won't send as it's too big

Yeah, PSD's have a lot more information in them - it seems a waste though converting the jpeg to PSD, having trouble figuring out why you wanna do that
you could zip the files as you converted them to psd, that would shrink it
Why would you want to convert a JPEG to a PSD Fuzzy? (if you don't mind me asking)
There won't be any more information / layers available as Gareth has said. If anything, converting it to another format would just lead to further digital corruption in the file with no obvious benefits.

Printing.com have accepted some of our images for their Christmas cards and I need to send them electronically. I have been asked to send them in a PSD file and not a JPEG and I can't as file too big. How do I zip them ?

You mean they want the original source files? Layered?
Do you have the original PSD file in layers?
Have you seen how big the PSD file is once it has been flattened? Should reduce file size quite considerably.
Whatever you do - always keep the original layered PSD.
You mean they want the original source files? Layered?
I'm even more confused
