We use Heart Internet's Business Professional package which costs £156 per annum - unlimited webspace, unlimited data transfer, unlimited mail boxes, secure server access and lots of others stuff included:

Web Hosting UK. Business Professional

Their support is excellent and they are extremely quick to respond.

Does anyone have a dedicated server. I'm thinking we'll need one in about a year's time because of the volume of emails etc we're sendng out. I have budgeted £150 a month for it.

Currently paying £25 a month for Fasthosts Business Package. (Fasthosts - I know) But apart from that thing last year (and yes it was a biggy) their service has actually been pretty good, and they do answer the phone and sort your questions. And the one thing I've learnt from the payment providors, is that every company has it's bad days!

We can help you with that... we have racks of servers that are not being used until July. You'll get 24/7 support. We decided to setup our own services after being let down by 3 major dedicated server providers.

We use dedicated servers, and have a couple not doing much really!

For a dedicated server, the cost is in the support, setting up, maintenance etc. £150 will get you a decent mid-range server with office hour tech support and 24/7 emergency support
