Does anyone now why MO 2007 causes html to look different compared to other email programs. I sent the same email to various of my accounts to test in different programs and the only one it is broken in is 2007, where one of the boxes now looks smaller and the table is cut off on the right hand side!

Yes there was lost of outrage about this when office 2007 was launched.

The basic problem is that the old outlook used the Word HTML engine to make emails but used the Internet Explorer Trident engine to display them. So some emails looked different from when made to send in outlook.

Rather than update (re build) the engine used to create HTML emails they decided that now instead they would use the Word HTML engine to display the emails as well.

A bit of a discgrace to be honest.
