Just above the eraser tool is a little stamp. In the flyout menu there's a choice of clone stamp or pattern stamp. Choose the clone stamp. Hold the alt key down and you'll see where it's picking up the clone from. Probably not making much sense here but see here Fuz, this'll help you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcJbN8CA49c

Hmmm, I know this sounds daft but check you've duplicated the layer so you're not working from the background/ or original image. Then check that the feather is set to zero. If it's neither of them, post again, we'll sort it darlin. x
