Yeah SugarCRM is pretty good, and if you want scalability then Salesforce do a free personal edition (can't post links so Google 'salesforce personal'). Its enterprise software so when your company grows you won't grow out of it...
I'm a Siebel man myself so if anyone on here needs any Siebel advice then drop me a line!

I have had a look at the zubed product. Took a while to get my head around what it was about. If you are looking for a product thats heavy CRM its not your thing but if you are looking for leads then wow. To me it appears as if they have mapped the UK and all the companies in the UK with contact details and shoved it on a single map. even my barber is on it.
We've been using zoho as a trial now for a while (since posting the thread) and have to say I am well chuffed so far. Its really easy to set up customised fields and then import data in bulk via csv,xls etc and map field to the new fields. You also have a built in email system which is working really well as all users can see what emails have been sent by record. I have been importing fairly big lists ie 3000+ a time and it has taken a matter of seconds and you can also customise the tabs too.
Really thankful to the person who recommended this to me
Have a look at Wordpress, usually thought of a top end Blog tool, but believe me its fantastic as a CMS, many Designers use it to get that unique Blog look in a website.
lol what makes me laugh is you web guys not reading the thread properly Its is a "Contact Managment" Software Thread not a Content Managment thread that they require lol
