Hi did you get it sorted. The problem these days is no one wants to carry the can. I have had similar problems and in the end, as I have a BT line I opted for BT hubs & routers. Now when I get a problem I still get BT trying to tell me its my hardware supplier....then I own up to the fact that the supplier is BT also...It does work...sadly.
