This is such a stupid question but here goes;

In 2002, you had the option to "save as". I used this a lot.
Please tell me where this is in 2007 (Word in particular) as I can't find it, and have just overwritten an invoice trying to see if the save button gives you the chance to rename (it doesn't!! )

In the top left hand corner in word ( the window logo ) above the paste button, click on the windows logo and there it is, "save as"

One thing to remember with 2007 is to save as an older version doc if you are going to email it on, I have forgotten so many times and even sent out a press release in the new version but almost nobody could open it

You only do that once though!!
