Carbonite is great if you have a bad memory for forgetting routine stuff like back ups, as important it may be, but also it backs up off site. I got a 2nd half price subs for a desktop too as the kids store a lot of music on there.

I have been using Acronis Trueimage

When I lost my disk the most irritating and hardest thing to restore was the applications - I have loads

The benefit of trueimage that is it creates bootable media backups - all applications, OS, included.

So if I have a total write off , I can still boot from the disk, within minutes!!!

worth looking at....

Only difference is you would only need one license not three...

Yup, I'd second Trueimage, as I use Acronis products myself too.

And - damn its nice to see someone else know the importance of backing up more than just files!

This sounds perfect! A program that can make and reboot an exact copy of my PC, thanks
