Need help with image file
I am trying to send my banner artwork to someone who is printing some banners, and it is in EPS format. But they have sent me this message:
Sorry Laura but we can not open this file. can you send again but send as an ai file and with all text exported as graphics, we cant use bitmap files. What the heck does that mean?!   What do I need to do please?
