Has anyone really spent some time with Outlook's BCM?
I have had it on a disc for a while and just installed it... Hmmm, not sure if it's for me or not!
It seems to do a lot of what I want and I also like the idea of MS Accounting integrating with it.
I am currently using Outlook 2007 for contact management etc. and Quickbooks for accounts, excel for marketing management (too time consuming adding contact info in 3 times) - I want to put everything in the same box and must be able to sync with my XDA
If anyone is making full use of BCM, what business are you using it for and what are your likes and dislikes of it??
