Sally....when you get this fixed you should immediately move supplier. Not to have the courtesy to tell you is unforgiveably poor service.

I have to hold my hand up and say it was all my fault.

I forgot to change my email address on their account so they had been sending me emails but to the wrong email account.

I bet I don't make that mistake again in a hurry!!!
