All that happens is the order comes in on email and i produce it

email is left on the server (i think)

Right then you are processing offline and would need to manually update the sales report page for the charity each time a sale is made...

Ok,

I suppose by manually updating potential clients could still deem that fraudulant actions are still possible?

No what I mean is just a status page showing the total donations made that month. No need to give out specific customer information.
