If online its simple to do a report page. If offline you would have to manually update the page each time an order is placed.

All that happens is the order comes in on email and i produce it

email is left on the server (i think)

Ok,

I suppose by manually updating potential clients could still deem that fraudulant actions are still possible?

No what I mean is just a status page showing the total donations made that month. No need to give out specific customer information.
