I am trying to add our company to other areas of google maps, but it is only giving me the option to validate my entry by postcard. I would prefer to validate by phone, so any ideas why this option is not showing?

Oh and what do google mean by vouchers? This is a real puzzle!

Have you entered a phone number with your company information? You need to do that with the number you wish to use for validation.

Yes I have. It used to offer me two options (I think). either verification by phone, or by postcard. Now I just the postcard option.

Its so annoying.

If I remember rightly vouchers are a service whereby you can offer punters a reduced price with vouchers... ie like coupons in supermarkets. Been a while so can't remember the deal with validating, but I'm pretty sure phone wasn't an option on there when I did either

Yep, found out about the vouchers now, but still cannot find a solution to verification.

Seems like I am the only one who has suffered this problem
