Took a look and it's fine with IE7 in Vista. The FF Developer Toolbar shows some CSS and HTML validation errors, but nothing I can imagine would cause this. I think the charset may be an issue, but wondering whether something between the user and the site is mangling the content. I'd check whether those users who have a problem have a proxy server set in their browser. Certainly works for me in all browsers from Vista through Microsoft ISA Server 2004, but I remember something odd like this happening before which was down to a proxy server not sending/validating some data in the correct way. You should also grab the web logs from the hosting provider and see what those mangled pages were requested as and sent as. Give me a shout if you need any help, I'll do what I can!
Has anybody who has tried it have the Norton toolbar installed?
Cherry,
Do all your users who experience this problem have Norton installed?
Also, do you have any applications/pdf's/videos on your home page? That jargon is actually the contents of a binary file in a text format (the wrong format)
