I have a domain with 123-reg and it points to my Microsft office live website. Now I have an email set up as ******@domainname.co.uk and wasn't receiving any emails through this address, I spoke to 123-reg who said it was because I was pointing away from their nameservers.
Now what I am trying to do is set up Microsoft Outlook so that my business emails go into that. But I am having serious problems with the pop3 address and the SMTP address that Outlook requires.
Is there anyone that can point me in the correct direction please

You cannot do that directly. Email for that domain needs to go to a mailserver on which you have an account, and Outlook can then retrieve the mail by POP3 from that server. SMTP is for sending email, and probably your ISP's relay mailserver is the setting you want for that.
How the internet knows where to send your mail depends on the 'MX' record(s) in your domain's DNS. How is this set up at 123Reg? Or can you say what the domain is and anyone can look it up?
If this is pointing at your Office Live address, does Office Live offer email facilities?
