I have outlook 2003 which has an additional business CRM type package, I've got a new Dell PC which I'm about to set up in the new office which has the latest version of office, I'm not sure it has this business extras bit, is there any way I can transfer this data across?
Also in my current version of outlook I can red flag stuff I need to do at the side and tick it when its done, can I do that in the new version??
Thanks

Are you talking about transferring all your inbox, outbox, contacts and calendar info to the new version?
In which case, for each of the above, go to File: import & export: export to a file: export to psd file etc and then you can restore these psd files to the new version by clicking on file: import & export etc.
