If you buy something you usually own it...what do their terms and conditions say? where did you buy it?

well, you never own a domain, you can only ever register it because if you dont renew, its not yours to keep.

Well yes, I meant for as long as you keep up the registration on it... just seems strange, I've never heard of this happening before?

I know they dont alloow you to transfer for the last 60 days prior to expiry, not sure about anything else.

Hi,
I bought the domain directly from web eden who run a hosting service similar to weebly, i.e. for non techies.
I then decided not to use their services, thats when they informed me about the 60 days rule. Very frustrating but nothing I can do.
Only 11 days to go and I can transfer it to weebly (I hope?)
