HI Nina -is that you? I am seeing blue qn marks at the bottom of everyones posts - is this just my end?

Well the social bookmarking icons (stumble upon etc) at the foot of each post are broken since the forum software upgrade last night - is that what you mean as I'm not seeing any question marks Claire?

Don't think I need one. Just got back from my daily 20 mile jog. I'll now do some light rowing before my 3 hour intensive cadio workout.

You do believe me don't you

To be honest all I've done today is clean the garden pond and it feels like I did actually do all that.

Welcome on board. I had the pleasure of working with someone in your line of work many years ago and it quite literally changed my life.
