Good evening,

I may of bumped into a few of you on another site so I look forward to getting some good advice/ideas in the future.
We launched 10 days ago after about 10 months in development and we already have our first property listed. It's a tough market out there but I think that people now more than ever will need to look and their selling costs.We can offer a full professional service at a fraction of the cost of a traditional estate agent.

Please evaluate my site. Your opinion and expertise are valued.
What would you do to win new instructions in this challenging market?

Good morning to you chap and welcome to A1....a very tough market at this present time but you are correct in saying about saving fees

We have been doing some research into Property Swapping...........not sure if it exists but could be an even cheaper way of moving

The site looks good, How did you come with the idea for online estate agency - how does it work exactly?

As you say the market is tough at the moment, therefore all buyers/sellers are definately keeping a closer eye oon there money - are you offering a specific way the the buyers/sellers are saving?

The idea came from when I sold my last property. The commission was about £3000 and I struggled to see how the estate agent could justify this. The vast majority of buyers search for properties on the internet via sites like rightmove and globrix so I explored the possibility of running such a business without a high street branch and without expensive newspaper advertising.

The low cost model that we have means that we can charge £249.99 + 0.3% upon completion. House sellers can now receive the service they need to sell their property at a realistic cost.
I'm not the first to do this but I'm confident that we offer a more complete and personalised service.
