I started my business 9 years ago, and if I can give you one off of a very long list of bits of advice, I hinestly would pay an accountant. Mistakes can be costly in tax and quite frankly a waste of your valuable time. A good local accountant should be able to offer their service on a monthly SO basis and also for a fixed annual fee rather than a hourly rate.
The bottom line is a decent accountant should save you more money than they cost! We use a local franchised one. Feel free to check them out, they're call Tax Assist. See if there is one in your area.
